Family Baseball

Today we decided to play a little family baseball. We invited my sister and her family to come play with us, it was at this moment I realized we have almost a full Baseball team. I never really thought 7 in our family was a lot, until you realize things like this. It was so much fun, we went to my mom and dads and had a BBQ, went to the park and played baseball, and then went swimming. We all had our turn at bat, all of us had a hit, lots of runs to home. Then we had the outfield, Bryon was our pitcher, Kyra caught a pop-fly and was our best first baseman, Anika and I always got put in the outfield, holy cow did we get our work out. Tamisha was our third baseman and tackled my sister Cindy so we could get her out. Marcus played second, and is very quick to get the ball. Brooklyn was usually at short-stop so she could be close to her Daddy!!! We had such a great time, we are hoping to do this a lot more. (Yes Cindy, this is a challenge we are hoping your family will take on).

This was the best way to kick off our long weekend.
